Due to ongoing expansion, our Shrewsbury-based HQ is recruiting for a Marketing Executive. Hungry to learn, keen to progress and able to spin plates.

If you have 3+ years’ marketing experience and want to work for a hungry firm of Direct Response Marketers whose mission is “to help people and have fun”, apply for our Marketing Exec role TODAY!

A lot of the work will be paid-for ads, predominantly Facebook, Google and LinkedIn. Experience in this field is a must.

You could be setting up ads first thing in the morning. Then devising an email funnel. Proofreading a blog after lunch. Editing a website. So a love of variety is a must.

We have exciting, aggressive growth plans, so be prepared to get outside of your comfort zone once in while. A ship in harbour is safe, but that’s not what ships are built for.

We are looking for someone who ideally:

• Lives, breathes, eats and sleeps marketing

• When asked to do X and Y, wonders if there’s a Z

• Has meticulous attention to detail

• Appreciates the importance of good spelling and grammar

• An excellent working knowledge of pay per click advertising

• Works hard, plays hard

• Isn’t a clock watcher

• Has a current, clean driving licence with business insurance (or can get business insurance)

• Is always willing to learn

• Will help make teas and coffees and let Andy win at pool (yes, our office has a pool table… and a beer fridge)
