This is a newly created Marketing Manager role to help drive our client’s growth ambitions. The successful new team member, reporting into the Director of Training, will work closely with the Business Development team and senior internal stakeholders in designing and delivering all aspects of the marketing strategy. You will be awesome at designing and executing marketing campaigns, with deep understanding of the role Google and LinkedIn can play. You will be innovative in creating and curating new content to fuel our marketing and be energetic in supporting our business development teams through the provision of materials and a sound understanding of the expertise we bring.

This role will suit a dynamic and pragmatic individual who can prioritise effectively and juggle competing demands. You’ll come with substantial experience working on a diverse range of B2B campaigns and projects, be intellectually curious, and prepared to engage with a wide range of subject matter.

Skills / Experience


  • A bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing. Professional or higher qualification in Marketing preferred.
  • 5 years marketing experience, ideally from a B2B background.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and delivering successful digital marketing strategies; juggling multiple projects and managing portfolios of campaigns, materials, and content calendars.
  • Track record of driving sales through marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
  • Demonstrable experience with the variety of marketing channels and tactics that work for different audiences including social media (LinkedIn), email marketing (MailerLite), paid search and events (online).
  • Brings a strategic, process-driven approach with excellent reporting and feedback.
  • HubSpot CRM and WordPress experience is highly desirable.
