Tyler Packaging is searching for a driven, talented and creative individual to step into the role of Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate will take the lead on a range of marketing duties, supporting the sales team with assets and requests while liaising with agency partners to deliver for the wider goals of the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled marketer to join an ambitious and well-established manufacturing business. You’ll be working across all our marketing channels to deliver results that support day-to-day objectives and help the business realise its plans for growth.

Based at our state-of-the-art offices in the beautiful countryside around Leamington Spa, you’ll be part of a close-knit team that works collaboratively to drive the business forward. Responsibilities

· Managing company socials

· Managing company website

· Producing collateral to support marketing activity

· Supporting the sales team with assets, requests, and analysis

· Liaising with the firm’s digital agency partner to ensure smooth project delivery and sign-off

· Developing tactical marketing campaign plans

· Contributing to reports that demonstrate marketing ROI to senior stakeholders

Required Skills

· Experience in using social media

· Tech-minded with a genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing

· 1 year marketing experience

· Excellent communication, both written and verbal

· Methodical and organised approach to work

· Self-starter able to work independently on their own initiative
