Marketing Executive (Insurance )

The primary focus will be to assist with securing new customers and promoting our brand to increase our customer base and build positively on our national reputation. This is a new role within the company giving the right candidate a great opportunity to tailor it and make it their own .

Responsibilities

  • Copy writing for both online and offline incorporating both promotional and operational content for Websites and Campaigns.
  • Campaign analysis working alongside the Internal MI Team
  • Campaign analysis utilising Google Analytics and other tools to be determined
  • Aggregator liaison
  • Partner (no Aggregator) management
  • Be a key driver towards building RCIB Club
  • Innovate and work within the team to drive cross marketing activity.
  • Liaison and Partner with external Marketing partner

Experience and Knowledge

  • Marketing/Lead generation experience
  • Understanding the nuances of marketing to affinity partnerships and marketing to a D2C audience
  • Proven track record of social media campaign targeting and success
  • Targeting, segmentation, branding, communications
  • Financial services, especially D2C insurance (TCF knowledge)
  • D2C Insurance product development
  • Experience in convertin target audiences into customer journeys through sales pipelines (including integrating with call centres and websites)

Skills

  • Microsoft office – Word , Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint
  • High standard of spoken and written English
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor your language in order to engage with your team, staff, external agency, affinity clients, suppliers and customers in the best possible way
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Analytics
  • Creativity and initiative

Monday to Friday 9am -5pm

Salary starting at £29,000 . Can be reviewed after 6 months depending on performance.

This is a new position within the company.
