Combining marketing and event management skills to build and enhance the company events programme through creating an agenda of brand-focused interactive and engaging events, including staff activities, alongside responsibility for all marketing elements of our serviced office company, FigFlex.
JOB DUTIES
- Organising in person events and conferences, to deliver against both social and commercial objectives, including sourcing of promotional materials.
- Identifying and designing events associated with our business development strategic objectives.
- To develop and deliver the strategic events calendar, aligning it to key business priorities, in line with the overall marketing strategy.
- Working with the digital team to help promote our events, and our partners, to shared audiences.
- Be responsible for the marketing of our FigFlex serviced office service, delivering a ROI driven marketing plan to achieve set commercial targets.
- Be data-driven, comfortable analysing, monitoring and reporting on marketing data relating to all channels being used to establish ROI from activity.
- Analysis of customer feedback and consumer research data to support the development of the brand.
- Ensure all materials are consistent with the marketing and brand strategy, as well as with the brand visual identity, delivered on time & within budget, legally compliant and developed with input from all relevant internal stakeholders.
- Creation of marketing campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules.
- Research and monitor activity of company competitors.
SKILLS
· Creative Problem-Solving Skills
· Ideally 5 years’ marketing experience in a similar B2B role
· Experience of running & marketing events is essential
· Working knowledge of multichannel digital marketing, ideally with exposure to lead nurturing, and content led campaigns - email, social, paid media, web content, PR.
· Ability to create, or brief others to create, written, graphical, or video / animated content
· Experience utilising data analytics to identify insights and help make marketing recommendations
· Working collaboratively with the wider marketing team and relevant areas of the business to deliver against commercial goals
· Degree in Communications or Marketing,
· Technology Skills, Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Attention to Detail, Self-Motivated
