Job Purpose:
This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and is “cross-utilized”, position, which means it is a management position and requires “hands-on”, campaign marketing for the EMEA region. You will have two/three direct reports. The position requires multiple marketing skills which include but are not limited to, campaign marketing (inbound and outbound), demand generation, digital marketing and program management. The purpose would be to:
  • Seamlessly continue operating key marketing programs.
  • Continue increasing Cirium’s market penetration.
  • Generate demand for solutions – target cross and up sell opportunities.
  • Execute and manage the regional campaign strategy, and work with sales leaders to agree outcomes and targets.
  • Ensure sales teams have the purposeful collateral and assets to assist them in customer interactions.
  • Automate elements of the campaign where possible.
  • Nurture sales ready leads to maximise opportunity of purchase and renewal.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
  • Partner with peer groups like the Market Development, Communications, Digital, Portfolio Marketing and Marketing Operations to ensure development of cohesive campaign plans.
  • Execute the campaign strategy and execute campaigns that are aligned to strategic themes.
  • Create marketing and communications assets in alignment with the content strategy.
  • Write campaign messages and execute the tactical plans.
  • Document customer needs and conduct research to effectively position the company in the region.
  • Implement a regional/country-based marketing campaign strategy and communications plan with key themes for region.
  • Adapt buyer personas developed by the global marketing team and localise for audience specific campaign.
  • Provide input to the global marketing and communications strategy region.
  • Measure and report on programme/campaign performance.
  • Optimise demand generation process and map to identified opportunities.
  • Measure and monitor campaign success criteria jointly with Product and Sales teams.
  • Partner with marketing events team to ensure we optimize our exposure.
Key Skills Required:
  • Demand generation.
  • Program management.
  • Campaign creation & management.
  • Campaign success criteria / evaluation.
  • Superior verbal and written skills in English.
  • Having additional marketing skills other than listed above would be an advantage.

Experience Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Considerable direct marketing experience in software/solutions/information technology.
  • Experience in the airline/aerospace/travel sector would be a great benefit.
  • Successful launch and management of regional marketing campaigns.
  • Led a team of campaign and customer engagement professionals.
