Marketing & Design Executive – Ringwood – up to £35,000

A Marketing & Design Executive is required for our client based in Ringwood, this role is a fully office-based role and is responsible for all marketing creativity from content creation to implementing the design elements for all areas of the business.

The working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am – 5.30 and Friday 9am – 5pm

Main responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver a range of assets across multiple communication channels including the website, intranet, email, infographics, whitepapers, and sales credentials.
  • Producing targeted marketing for New Business purposes, including pitch and proposal decks
  • Responsible for designing print-ready artwork.
  • Construct webpages using Wordpress
  • Responsible for content and design creation and distribution of Colleague newsletters and provide support with other internal communication projects.
  • Support all CEM marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to design e-shots, newsletter, brochures and leaflets.
  • Provide support for lifestyle events when required.
  • Oversee all CEM award entries.
  • Oversee the competitor file and provide competitor research when necessary.
  • Provide support to PR when required.
  • Design all literature that goes out to all CEM Developments

Key Skills:

  • Good Knowledge of WordPress
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (lnDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint)
  • Highly motivated with a positive and optimistic attitude
  • Great communication skills and dynamic approach to working with different teams.
  • Background in Graphic Design
  • Experience in both print and digital delivery and design
  • Comfortable laying out long-form written content.
  • Basic proofreading skills and understanding of engaging copy.
