A Marketing Data Analyst is needed to join the team at this leading labour management software provider to be based in their Banbury offices.

Their systems help the hospitality industry reduce costs, save time and grow sales.

About The Role
  • Writing the weekly and monthly hospitality sales reports, using the internal database, in addition to the use of industry knowledge and expertise opinion
  • Collecting rich data and researching external sources to identify key growth opportunities in rapidly changing industry sectors
  • Implement data and information into actionable reports and spreadsheets, and communicate findings with project/team leads
  • Identify key P.R. opportunities with data analysis projects for the company, using our database and external sources
  • Working with the sales and marketing teams to analyse and develop analytical reports
  • Working with the sales and marketing team to analyse and develop analytical reports
  • Benchmarking project - using data analysis tools including Structured Query Language (SQL) to work on a benchmarking project
  • Identifies key decision-makers and contact information within target press institutions

  • Analytical and research background
  • Hospitality background desirable
  • Autonomous and self-sufficient
  • Entrepreneurial and high-growth mindset
  • Has demonstrable experience in analysing large quantities of data and assimilating into coherent reports
  • Likely to have a research education
  • Operated in a data/MI/Research/Insight analyst position - currently working as a data analyst
  • Experience with CRM tools and Excel
  • Experience with using Power BI
  • Good understanding of tools and technologies in the market
