The Role of Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the primary management of the database process - ensuring leads are managed according to data protocols, actioned accordingly by relevant areas of the business and reported to provide data and KPI reports. Manage activations and campaigns across all channels from planning through to delivery.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Daily management of Database lead management and reporting.
  • Liaison with business areas to maximise customer experience, marketing opportunities and commercial engagement
  • Proactive and reactive social media interaction

Qualification & Experience:

  • Automotive retail experience
  • Previous working with Dealer Management System database (CDK / Kerridge based)
  • Marketing and CRM role experience
