Job Summary:

Overall Purpose of the Role

Support the Marketing Manager in the day-to-day management of marketing campaigns across key global partnership accounts and franchise signature campaigns.

Using key trends, consumer insights and Disney brand guidelines to support and deliver marketing specific executions (in-store POS, windows, digital, social and events) with key accounts, across all franchises. Will also support the Marketing Manager to deliver franchise-specific marketing toolkits, as and when required, to local marketing teams to support additional accounts.

Relationships are key to the success of this role, both internally and externally. Actively support and take ownership of campaigns within scope of role, as required, coordinating communications with partners, to support the Marketing Manager and category team to drive and deliver strategic growth in licensing sales on behalf of the EMEA business.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Support the Marketing Manager to develop and execute partnership marketing campaigns, also considering the alignment with franchise marketing campaigns, Studio and Disney+ content releases. Manage campaign trackers to ensure status and delivery is up to date
  • Support and take ownership of projects within scope of role, as required, day to day marketing relationship with key accounts and provide category teams with support
  • Follow brand activity for each marketing campaign, collating all findings into a review deck that can be shared or accessed in the future, sharing updates with category teams where relevant. Develop these into marketing updates for the wider business
  • Manage internal influencer and seeding reviews with the PR team, as well as management of all marketing content approval via required stakeholders
  • Leverage macro and micro trends along with audience, category and retailer insights to shape more effective marketing campaigns for CPGP. Provide full and regular reports and analysis to the team on competitor activity and market trends, with support from team intern
  • Collaborate and develop strong relationships with local country marketing teams providing information and regular marketing updates as well as understanding and satisfying local market needs and differences
  • Supporting the team intern, track and maintain POs ensuring that all billing is kept up to date ahead of monthly finance catch ups
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with creative agencies, coordinating campaign process from ideation to execution where relevant within scope of role, ensuring final delivery of project is within appropriate timeframes. Responsibilities include: writing and carrying out briefings with agencies; coordinating creative review of proposed campaigns, ensuring compliance with Company guidelines; supporting with cost review, updating budget tracker with costs promptly and accurately
  • Support on pitch and presentation decks, ensuring that they are well designed, supporting ideation with fashion mood boards and ensuring adherence to Company brand guidelines

Experience and Professional Qualifications Required

  • Degree level education in a related field or equivalent work experience with a background in fashion and home marketing/PR, desirable
  • A strong understanding of digital/social marketing
  • Experience in supporting the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns
  • Experience within consumer products commercialisation and/or retail marketing or PR, desirable
  • Proven experience of building effective relationships within the work place

Skills Required

  • Have knowledge of trends within the fashion, lifestyle and luxury sectors with the ability to take industry trends and translate them into something that drives growth for TWDC
  • Ability to analyse data and consumer insights, construct practical conclusions and implement recommendations to achieve business targets
  • Well-organised with demonstrable skills in time management
  • Resilient and nimble in an ever-changing landscape
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Solutions focused with strong problem solving skills
  • Computer literate including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, essential; Keynote, desirable

Additional Information

  • This role requires 4 days a week in our Hammersmith office
  • Contribution to ad-hoc projects as the business requires
  • Flexible hours may be required to meet business needs
