We’re seeking a driven and determined marketing coordinator who can hit the ground running in coordinating eSIM Go’s marketing efforts. As a growing marketing team, we’re seeking a motivated self-starter who is seeking to progress in their career. Previous experience in B2B or telco is preferred.

Duties and responsibilities

• Website management, uploading content and images to a wordpress website
• Manage and execute engaging content for social media channels, as well as reporting on the effectiveness of social media activity
• Maintain and coordinate communications and media materials
• Coordinate all marketing events (UK and globally) including booking, coordinating stand design, merchandise, logistics, accommodation, stand set-up and breakdowns
• Collaborate with Campaign Marketing Manager to deliver engaging campaigns
• Working closely with CRM to follow lead tracking and reporting
• Promotional merchandise ordering and management
• Create and maintain marketing documentation and presentations
• Working with external agencies to produce and deliver marketing collateral
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the marketing department

Skills and qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (or similar) in Marketing, Communications or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks
• Organised and motivated
• Ability to work well in a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience of managing company social media profiles
• Experience of CRM platform (wordpress would be preferred)
• HubSpot knowledge
• Ability to report and analyse trends
• Understanding of SEO would be a benefit
