About the Role:

You’ll be a talented storyteller, increasing the reach and impact of the Little Pioneers brand through the delivery of high value and influential marketing, communications and PR at group and nursery level.

You’ll be an expert at developing and implementing marketing campaigns, initiatives and communications that will attract and engage customers, members and colleagues across a range of reactive and strategically planned opportunities. Comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities you’ll also be motivated by research to assist with the delivery of long-term strategy and business decision making.

A pivotal role within the Childcare team you’ll be customer centric leading a small team to ensure brand building opportunities are maximised and the highest standards of customer service are set and achieved.


About You:

To be successful for this role, you will need:

Marketing background, BA (Hons) degree or equivalent

Marketing management experience of 2+ years

Experience of successfully leading a marketing team

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to analyse marketing trends to inform decisions and planning

Microsoft office literate

Experience of CRM tools beneficial
