The Loddon School based in Sherfield-on-Loddon is both a home and school to 30 children who have the most severe and complex learning difficulties and severe autism. Our children live at the school 52 weeks a year - we are a home which provides education, leisure, play and outings.

We are recruiting for a part-time marketing and communications manager to raise the profile of the Loddon School and Loddon Training, and consolidate its position as market leader in the sector.

You will support the Senior Team to develop and deliver the marketing and communications piece for the organisation (encompassing the School and external training). You will drive consistency and cohesion of branding, having an understanding of the sector to enable you to develop sector appropriate strategies and plans that are progressive, relevant, purposeful and align with the ambitious strategic plans of the charity.

This is a hands on role for a marketing specialist who is driven, confident and able to build relationships quickly. You will have solid technical skills (including digital and basic design), be able to fully utilise all social media platforms and be a creative thinker who can identify unique ways to raise the profile of the School thus driving traffic to our website.

This is a permanent part time position at the school and you will work 30 hours per week over four days (08.30 am – 4.30 pm). The salary range is depending on experience and qualifications.
