My Product Path is partnered with a global leader in innovative elevator solutions currently looking for its next Marketing and Communications Lead to join its existing MarComms team (Reporting to the Head of Marketing).

Job Overview:

  • You will play a pivotal role in shaping & executing communication efforts. Your creative & digital skills will build brand awareness, engage their audience, & drive business growth across 5 core regions: Germany, France, Spain, UK, & Australia.
  • You will work closely with individual regions & the Digital Marketing Manager. To further enhance the team, we are seeking a candidate with good design skills who is naturally curious and customer experience-orientated, motivated to learn the dynamics of a competitive market.
  • You will collaborate with multiple departments (Sales, Product Marketing, Technical Support, Engineering, Customer Services & HR) to help create & activate the various Marketing collateral & campaigns that are needed to promote & support the Brand, Products & Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging content across various marketing channels, ensuring brand consistency. An understanding of some Graphic Design software is beneficial!
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of campaigns across digital and offline channels. Plan, execute, monitor, and analyse performance, adjusting strategies for optimal ROI.
  • Define KPIs, track campaign performance, and advise on adjustments for better results. Utilise various platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media tools for comprehensive reporting.
  • Collaborate on website changes and design updates using WordPress for global and regional sites.
  • Assist in implementing strategies to enhance website visibility, drive traffic, and optimise landing pages for conversions.
  • Manage content scheduling, community engagement, email campaigns, and event development both digital and offline to promote the brand and its offerings.
  • Champion customer experience by incorporating feedback into marketing strategies, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

About You:

A Self-driven, excellent communicator, results-oriented, with at least 3 years of B2B marketing experience, expertise in digital marketing, strong project management and data analysis skills, and experience in customer communication.

Essential Experience:

  • Demonstrable expertise in digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience in content creation for various marketing collateral.
  • Strong project management and data analysis skills.
  • Experience in lead generation campaigns and direct customer communication.

Desirable Qualifications & Skills:

  • Familiarity with Marketing Automation tools.
  • Experience in video production and editing.
  • Proficiency in diverse cultural environments and languages like German, French, or Spanish.
