Job Title: Marketing & Communications Manager Location: Elland - (Office and Home Based) Salary: >£70,000 + benefits Established in 1989, Our client is the UK’s leading passive fire protection specialist, supplying a comprehensive range of third-party accredited survey, installation and compliance services to public and private sector organisations across the country. Responsibilities: Co-ordinating marketing campaigns through 6 technical business development managers varying requirements Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department, with particular emphasis on graphic design Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity Management of marketing administrator and external design consultant Preparing online and print marketing campaigns. Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications Attend and co-ordinate industry events and exhibitions Creating a wide range of different marketing materials Working closely with agencies and assisting with new product launches Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives Manage all social media channels and website updates Work with the senior management team to deliver effective internal and external campaigns Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketingExperience: Ideally experienced in managing marketing in £40m+ business Ideally a minimum of 6 years experience in marketing/graphic design management, or 3 years experience with the below qualifications Experience managing a small marketing team Full experience of managing SEO, PPC etc Experienced in writing business wide marketing/communication plans Strong literacy skills in particular with proof reading Experience managing agency relationships Experience with MailChimp, Biteable and Website CMSQualifications: Bachelor degree in marketing, graphic design, or equivalent experience Strong analytical and project management skills Fully conversant with creative elements of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word) Fully conversant in the use of Adobe Creative cloud to reasonable standard Full UK Driving LicenceApplications If you feel that you have the relevant experience to be successful in this position and would like to find out more please apply online today attaching a copy of your current CV.
