We are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to join our company on a permanent basics.The role of the Marketing Communications Manager is to plan, deliver and measure effective communications and campaigns for Together across all distribution channels including B2B and B2C audiences.


They will create and manage highly targeted campaigns to generate awareness, engagement and conversion of our key target customers both directly and through our partners. They will create insight-driven campaigns targeting our key direct customer sements and they will work with our strategic partners to run joint campaigns with partners to ensure we’re generating the maximum amount of business through these channels.


Job Description


Create and deliver B2B and B2C customer & product campaigns to key targeted segments in order to maximise opportunities and drive further commercial value to Together.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the stakehodlers and the wider marketing team to build and deliver channel plans and deliver highly creative, integrated comms activity to support across all of our key channels of both B2B and B2C customers.
  • Own the delivery of the channel plans ensuring they’re delivered on time, to budget and optimised based on ROI
  • Actively seek new opportunities to target key customer segments
  • Brief the in-house design team to deliver highly creative assets and campaign collateral in line with the overall channel plans
  • Build positive relationships with the sales teams and deliver the required marketing support for their channel including; video content, CRM, written content, literature, collateral.
  • Create comms which delivers consistency and clarity in all customer communications to ensure simplicity, brand fit and impact. Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to.
  • Working with the wider marketing team (PR, social, events, brand) to ensure channel plans are understood, supported and integrated.
  • Work with the reporting team to ensure activity is reported on accurately and effectively.
  • Support the delivery of brand campaigns through the channel plans where required.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Own and adhere to marketing processes, including approvals, workflow systems and content management.
  • Ensuring that marketing is in alignment with the broader company policies in connection to brand control and positioning and communications.
  • Ensure that all internal and external communication is executed in full compliance to FCA regulatory requirements.
  • Support the management of the marketing communications budgets including forecasting

Qualifications


Essentials
:

  • Minimum 5 years in a similar role
  • B2B and B2C Marketing experience
  • Experience owning and managing insight-driven, highly targeted campaigns in a fast paced environment
  • Strong commercial, creative and organisational skills
  • Drive and enthusiasm to lead and push forwards the marketing function using new, creative initiatives
  • Ability to lead and influence others within the team to deliver effective campaigns

Desirable:

  • Financial Services or other regulated business experience (eg Telecoms, Utilities) preferred
