Marketing Communications Executive required to join expanding marketing team based in central Wokingham. Stiltz is one of Europe’s fastest growing companies, multi-award winning manufacturer and distributor of the innovative Stiltz Homelift!

What will you be doing?

An exciting new role to the business, asMarketing Communications Executive, you will focus on continued development of internal and external dialogue across all platforms; online and offline:

  • Assist in developing content for a number of important channels; consumers, healthcare professionals, mobility retailers, architects and property developers.
  • Work with our agency to implement our UK social media strategy, transferring some of this best practice to our US socials and engage this as-yet largely untapped audience.
  • You will spearhead our internal social media programme, sharing our culture and energy with the world.
  • Develop written and visual content, working closely with our PR agency.
  • Working closely with our Head of Marketing, and other members of the Marketing team, utilising your creativity to bring exciting visuals to life, engaging both our internal and external audience.
  • Establish yourself as our ‘Go To’ expert for our internal communications, liaising with cross-functional teams across our 3 UK locations, UK based field operations teams and the wider business globally.
  • Repurposing our internal communications media and developing our intranet content into a style that reflects our corporate tone of voice and brand identity.

What you can offer us:

  • A degree or equivalent in marketing, communications or media.
  • Proven ability and a natural flair for copy / content writing.
  • Demonstrable ability to modify tone of voice dependent on audience.
  • Strong and proven social media skills.
  • Experience of Adobe products - Premier Pro/After Effects must have undertaken video creation / content.
  • Creative and technical ability to develop a concept into a working project.
