We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Communications & Content Manager. You will be embedded within our cross-functional marketing team working closely with subject matter experts and others within the business to bring our story alive.

You will operate as the voice of both the market and the customer to help us to achieve our business objectives.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning our view of the total addressable market for a product or area of the business with a deep understanding of how we segment that audience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business in order to build and continually evolve our product positioning, value proposition and messaging.
  • Regularly outreach to the wider Axians International Brand, our vendor’s and customers to understand market trends and how this relates to our offering.
  • Create customer-centric content from ideation to completion that aligns with Axians brand guidelines.
  • Deliver high quality communications from start to finish across a wide range of marketing and sales content and PR including but not limited to: customer case studies, blog posts, newsletters, slide decks, emails and landing pages.
  • Support the marketing team with editorial content, both from a direction perspective and ensuring the delivery of regular content that can be maximised for SEO.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional campaigns with other members of marketing team to ensure an integrated approach to communications.
  • Work with stakeholders to create an internal communications plan to publicise our culture, people and charitable endeavours.
  • Co-mentoring other members of the marketing team and supporting the Head of Marketing in their absence
    Budget accountability and ROI against defined activities


You should apply if:

  • 5+ years marketing experience
  • Marketing Degree/Qualification preferred
  • You are a storyteller and have strong copy writing skills
  • You’re comfortable with metrics and can hold your own with the data to back you up
  • You’re happy with a combination of getting your hands dirty and taking ownership of your area

  • Excited to work within a fast-paced, growing marketing department
  • You take a customer first approach to everything you do and understand the customer journey
