Marketing Campaign Executive Hybrid - 3 days office, 2 home upto £35k + bonus + bens We are proud to be working exclusively with a brilliant business based in South Birmingham who are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Campaign Executive to join their award-winning team. You will have great storytelling skills, a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, and possess experience in referral marketing program management. The role Drive referral marketing program by developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and brand advocacy, including email marketing, social media Working closely with the sales teams to deliver pipeline-generating campaigns for lead generation and cross-sell & upsell opportunities. Create compelling content and copy to support marketing campaigns and key campaign messages across a broad range of marketing channelsTrack leads and measure campaign and event effectiveness, continuously improving campaigns through data-driven insights. Email campaign management and execution with A/B testingSkills and Experience 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign development and execution, content creation, referral marketing, and partner management. Excellent writing skills, with experience in creating marketing collateral such as blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
