Junior Marketing Associate

Supports business growth by disseminating information that promotes a favorable view of the organization and its products and services. Develops and implements advertising and publicity campaigns; conducts market research; and identifies and predicts current and future consumer trends.

Directs and executes enterprise and customer campaigns that represent the value that the broader organization delivers, as opposed to a specific product, line of business, or region. Responsible for the overall corporate brand and related events at the enterprise level and coordinating with customer marketers in support of the broader business. Curates and deploys customer specific content; measures campaigns that leverage relevant content from across the business. Assists with internal and external marketing plans. Maintains and analyses learning from marketing KPIs on internal and external campaigns.

Contributes to the effective administration of the EMEA marketing function, including the approvals process, social media engagement, and invoicing from external suppliers.

Job Role:

  • Manage the marketing plan for either a specific offering or part of offerings within Information and Analytics and/or Consulting and Services targeted for a specific marketing audience.
  • Manage the marketing plan for either a specific offering or part of offerings within Information and Analytics and/or Consulting and Services targeted for a specific marketing audience.
  • Manage all marketing related activities for an offering(s) including: short and long-term planning, sales support and promotions to contribute to client satisfaction with the product; market research activities.
  • Provide input into the development and execution of the offering(s) in the annual Marketing Plan; gathering competitive intelligence to ensure product superiority and customer satisfaction; marketing promotion functions, and pricing development that contributes to the long term success of the offering(s).
  • Provides marketing support to the marketing and business line teams.
  • Conducts targeted market research and gathers catalogues competitive Intelligence data.
  • Contributes to the effective administration of the EMEA marketing function.
  • Participates in the creation of and is responsible for the fulfilment of promotion execution.
  • Participates in the creation and maintenance of all marketing materials.
  • Contributes to the analysis of the impact of EMEA marketing campaigns.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 0-2 years of related marketing experience or Pharmaceutical industry experience or relevant industry internships.
  • Good Knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts of a job area typically obtained through advanced education.
  • Excellent English communications skills required – both written and verbal.
  • Good problem solving, analytical, project management and planning skills.
