Marketing Assistant
Contract Type:Permanent
Our Marketing Assistant will support the Marketing Manager / Commercial Director and the larger team in the management of Product, Service, Brand and Employee Marketing and PR activity. You will work alongside the Sales, Sales Co., Logistics, Finance and HR functions to help provide Marketing and PR services to drive sales, brand and engagement in and with our business at the right time and for the right costs to meet business needs.
We want to find candidates with the desire to grow and progress within the company with the support of ongoing professional training and development.
About the Role:
- Identify and promote new ideas and processes to develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns and projects, report on activities and provide relevant management information.
- Undertake primary & secondary research and analyse results to contribute towards the marketing strategy.
- Work with the Sales team to provide arguments for existing/new products providing input on new product development and marketing support.
- Arrange, develop supporting materials and attend public, consumer and client events / exhibitions to promote BPUK Brand and Products.
- Liaise with PR companies to develop effective promotions to key target markets.
Participate and develop our online and social media presence with initiative branded messaging. Respond promptly and effectively to consumer claims. Provide a creative input into packaging design - Lead and manage periodic marketing campaigns in collaboration with other functions and external stakeholders.
- Intermediate – Advanced level of Computer use and MS Office and Office 365
- A creative and innovative approach to events and promotional plans.
- Previous experience in a marketing role.
- French speaking
- Experienced user of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.

Hours:Full Time Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30
Starting Salary:Competitive with potential for growth with development within the company and up to 6% bonus payment twice a year.
