We have developed a suite of features and applications, including TotalAV, Scanguard and PC Protect which protect our users from malicious online attacks when using any of their devices.

The Marketing department is responsible for generating new customers through affiliate partnerships, internal marketing campaigns, email marketing and managing the company’s brand and online reputation.

What you’ll do:

This role will fall under the Marketing Department, where you will work alongside all of the team and become a valued member of the department, ensuring that our product effectively reaches all of our global customers. You will learn great knowledge of website functionality, creation and logistics.

• Regular production testing
• Submitting Phabricator tasks for any bugs located
• Following test/QA process for these tasks to prod signoff
• Researching and writing content for Backlinks addon and any other proposed services in the future
• Affiliate and paycheck management
• Assisting Head of Marketing Marketing and CMO with any marketing tasks, brand vision and messaging
• Support the Affiliate Manager with the introduction and affiliate approval process for new applicants
• Ensure affiliates are compliant with the companies advertising guidelines and branding requirements
• Support the analysis of campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI
• Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives and bonuses for the affiliate scheme
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payments are issued to affiliates
• Working closely with product & marketing team on brand vision and messaging

Skills/Experience:

• You are highly organised and efficient
• You have great verbal and written communication
• Excellent attention to detail
  
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative
• Passion for sales & customer service
• Strong Analytical skills
• Strong IT skills, including Excel
