Supporting the Marketing & Digital department, you will be at the heart of driving marketing campaigns for our products and services. An important cog in the marketing wheel, you will be expected to be involved at all levels and use a range of marketing tactics to support the delivery of the marketing plan. This job is full of variety and you’ll need to be able to turn your hand to a multitude of tasks.

Key Accountabilities

  • Assisting with the production of promotional literature and merchandise, liaising with agencies and negotiating prices
  • Monitoring stock levels across all sites
  • Media library management
  • Creating & scheduling engaging email & social media content to agreed plans
  • Supporting the maintenance and development of all company websites
  • Writing and maintaining accuracy of online and printed marketing content & imagery
  • Assist with internal and external communications with product and campaign launches
  • Support with B2B and B2C exhibitions and events
  • General administrative functions including tracking spend against budget and raising purchase orders

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications Required

  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A strong team player
  • Creativity
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good experience in InDesign to assist in building marketing collateral & creative reports.
  • Can work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Adaptability
  • Solid knowledge on how to use social media to market products or services
  • Some knowledge of using Cloud based systems and CMS (Wordpress, Hubspot, Salesforce)
  • Knowledge on how to use Google Analytics to run reports
  • Some experience in one or more of the following would be beneficial. Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, HTML & CSS
  • At least 9 A*- C GCSE’s or similar (B in English or above)
  • Educated to A level standard or similar
