About The Role

This fantastic opportunity will provide direct support to a portfolio of Children’s Childcare and Education settings, you will be based at our Leicester office as part of a number of newly created roles. You will be working collaboratively with settings and a team that work across the whole of England. Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability and a pro-active approach are a must for this role.

Responsibilities
  • As the Marketing Assistant, you will support and develop the Alliance’s childcare marketing strategy.
  • To ensure that the childcare marketing strategy and annual plan is well understood by all key stakeholders.
  • Develop a blueprint that seeks to raise awareness and increase visitors to the charity’s childcare mini-websites and day nurseries websites.
  • To ensure that the centralise enquiry system is affected and results in higher conversion rates and increase in occupancy.
  • Organising and attending events to support business growth.
  • To undertake all marketing tasks in line with the Alliance’s values, brand and style guide.
  • Demonstrate continuous improvement in the role, reviewing processes to optimise efficiencies.
  • To implement marketing initiatives within an agreed budget
  • To take responsibility for evaluating the effectiveness of marketing initiatives against targets and produce reports as requested.

About You
  • You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to be a team player but can work using own initiative.
  • Able to manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks while being passionate about delivering to a high standard.
  • A willingness to challenge and learn and manage a varied workload, conflicting deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously.
Essential Skills And Qualities
  • Proven experience of supporting and implementing successful marketing strategies or campaigns.
  • Strong communications experience, including using digital media.
  • A recognised marketing qualification.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.
  • Ability to work within set budgets.
  • Knowledge of how to prioritise the work that will deliver the most effective returns.
  • Understanding and commitment to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults.
  • Understanding of and commitment to diversity and equality.
  • Able to travel across the country and attend occasional evening and weekend meetings.
