Description:

I am supporting a world leading manufacturer in their search for a Marketing Assistant. This role will providing general admin support to the Marketing Department. Tasks include assisting with research marketing, proof reading, managing responses social media questions, comments and customer questions. You will need a keen eye for detail as well as excellent verbal & written communication skills.


Day-to-day tasks


  • Assistant with the maintenance of the website database

  • Assist with researching market information, promotions & pricing

  • Order, support, prep & organise stock for a variety of needs. Including trade day events, photo sheets & PR samples

  • Proof reading specification books, promotional literature & adverts

  • Ad hoc duties assigned by management

Desired experience & knowledge


  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

  • Basic knowledge of power tools or building trades

  • Sales or marketing experience desirable

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills

  • Valid driver’s license, must be able & willing to travel domestically if needed
