Marketing and Audience Development Manager (Maternity Cover)


Would you like to support the success of a registered charity, nurturing arts, culture and well-being in Milton Keynes and the surround areas?

We are seeking a Marketing and Audience Development Manager to act as Maternity Cover for a well- established charity, set in beautiful and unique historic grounds within Milton Keynes.

Maternity Cover(6 months initially, possibly to be extended)

Salary £26,500 - £28,000 per annum, DOE

Hours 37.5 per week

The post holder will:

- Oversee all external communications

- Nurture relationships with press partners

- Help to increase new and returning visitors

- Act as Duty Manager

- Provide highly effective team management

- Cover weekend and evening shifts on a rota basis

Essential experience:

- Substantial experience of marketing, PR & Communications

- A proven track-record in budget management

- Experience of staff and volunteer management

- Understanding of challenges facing community-based projects and small charities

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- A commitment to equality and diversity

Knowledge of, or connection to, Milton Keynes along with a UK driving license and car ownership is an advantage.
