This is an excellent opportunity to join the National Farmers Union Research Team.

Market Researcher Responsibilities

You’ll be contacting members to update their contact and business information and also investigating members’ views on many political, agricultural and membership topics of the day. You’ll be playing a key role in helping the largest farming union to ‘Back British Farming’.

Market Researcher Requirements

Previous experience of telephone research/data cleanse or the farming industry is not required, but it is essential that you are willing and able to quickly respond to change and be confident in picking up basic technical information with support and supervision. Ideally you will have worked in an office environment before. It is essential you have a pleasant telephone voice that is clearly understood whilst at the same time you accurately type member responses on NFU systems at speed.
You will have excellent spelling and grammar skills along with experience of good customer service. You will be comfortable following a carefully worded script, using the internet, MS Excel and an email system. You will also have excellent attention to detail and listening skills. Successful candidates will need their own dependable transport, as public transport is not frequently available to the beautiful work setting of Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire.

Location: Stoneleigh, Warwickshire
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week - 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Salary: £18,500 per annum
