Turbocharger Remanufacturing Technican – Ollerton £10.45 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a client of ours in Ollerton for a turbocharger remanufacturing technician to work on the refurbishment of turbochargers

Purpose of the role

· Carefully dissemble the turbocharger into its component part using various hand tools

· Working from a Cleaning matrix, clean all component parts using the various on-site equipment which include table and tumbler blasters, soak tanks, ultrasonic tanks etc.

· For all OEM and MoD work, jobs must follow customer requirements i.e, ‘strip and survey reports, component traceability, whilst always referring to a work instruction during dismantling, assembly and test

· Attention to detail is crucial as quality of work is rated just as highly as productivity

· Evaluate the commercial availability and availability of parts prior to the commencement of any work

· rebuild turbochargers and various new parts are added and test to OE specifications before releasing to customer

· Must follow work instructions step by step

· Respond to other ad-hoc requests by higher management

· Dismantle equipment where needed to examine for defects or replace broken part

The role is working a 40 hour week 07:30 – 16:30 Monday to Thursday and Friday 07:30 – 13:30

Plenty of room for progression and wages are automatically increased after 12 weeks.
