Manufacturing Systems Engineer (Continuous Improvement) Aberystwyth £36,000 to £38,000 DOE + Relocation Package + Generous Company Profit Share (Equates to Around 30%) + 1,000 Company Shares + Increasing Holidays (From 20 to 26 Days) + Bank Holidays and Christmas Shutdown + Company Pension (Employer 8%, Employee 3%) + Death in Service Benefit (4x Annual Salary) + Income Protection (75% of Salary) Monday to Friday 37.5 Hours per Week - Flexible Working Hours Manufacturing Systems Engineer required for a market leading engineering company who are at the forefront of technology. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an employee owned and focused company who are pioneering within biotechnology and are working to support the introduction of viral vaccines at a critical time. The successful candidate will need to have experience within manufacturing, working in a technical and automated environment. You will need an understanding of Kanban processes and proven experience implementing change and improvements. You will hold both data analysis and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the company’s manufacturing team review, improve and implement manufacturing techniques and strategies. You will identify areas to improve efficiency through the analysis of manufacturing data, whilst ensuring continuous improvement and quality remains at the heart of production. You will report into the Manufacturing Leader and you will be responsible for acting as the departmental deputy. You will support the day to day running of manufacturing, motivate the team and help develop and plan manufacturing schedules.
