The role

The main objective of the post is to oversee the Production Manufacturing process per allocated station, including the associated labour resourcing and planning. The Supervisor will also assist the Line Manager in the implementation and monitoring of Production KPIs and overseeing production activities within their allocated area and ensuring they translate these into effective operational plans.

Our supervisors are responsible for leading, motivating and developing their teams, to ensure planned output requirements and quality standards are met whilst ensuring all H&S guidelines are followed.
