That’s what #LifeAtCummins is all about.We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Operator to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Power Systems Business Segment in Daventry.The salary is £26,137 per year with development opportunities, plus shift allowance.Working 37.5 hours per week on a weekly rotating shift pattern of:
  • Mornings 07:00-15:00 Monday-Friday
  • Afternoons 15:00-23:00 Monday-Friday
Within this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
  • Use a variety of CNC machines to produce high quality cylinder blocks.
  • Working with machinery.
  • Working within a team
  • Following all H&S processes
QualificationsTo be successful in this role you will need the following:
  • Previous experience of operating CNC machines to produce high quality parts would be an advantage but full training is provided
  • Successful candidates will possess the ability to understand instruction and work under their own initiative within the recognised process, with a good level of numeracy and literacy.
  • They will be PC or Handheld Terminal literate with a good appreciation of quality standards and health and safety requirements.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, automotive or engineering desirable but training will be given.
