We have a vacancy for a Manned Guarding Controller based at our Head Office at the Team Valley in Gateshead.
The role can be extremely busy so the ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure.
Main Duties Are
- Build relationships with customers and employees
- Schedule officers to meet customer requirements
- To liaise/coordinate with Security Officers regarding shifts and personnel issues
- Record accurately alarm and incident reports
- Customer care skills are also desirable
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- To be able to make decisions based on factual information and the knowledge of when an issue needs to be escalated to higher management
- Be able to cope under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Flexible approach
The Ideal Candidate Will
- Be computer literate
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have operational experience or from a call centre background
