Trinity House Group is delighted to be working in partnership with award winning consumer electronics brand, Juice®, to appoint a Managing Director, who will capitalise on the business’ leading market position and deliver against ambitious domestic and international growth plans.

Juice® is currently the UKs biggest seller of charging cables, out-performing competitors including Belkin, Zagg and even Apple themselves. With that in mind Juice® is looking for a Managing Director who is capable of not only of continuing UK expansion but also launching in a number of international marketplaces.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all business operations, people, and ventures and will be accountable for the overall success of the business, setting and delivering on sales growth targets, diversifying the product portfolio, and delivering improved performance across new and existing direct-to-consumer platforms.

Key areas of delivery for the Managing Director will include:

● Directing and delivering Juice® sales growth, whilst ensuring bottom-line profitability, with full P&L responsibility.

● Leading teams across Sales, Marketing & Design, Finance, Operations, Procurement and Supply Chain.

● Establishing and developing relationships with international retailers in overseas markets including, but not exclusive to, the US, Brazil, Canada, Scandinavia, and India.

● Working closely with retail partners including Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Argos, Asda, DSG, John Lewis, WH Smith, TX Maxx, Next and Boots, driving sales growth and negotiating on-going and new contracts.

● Building sales and negotiating new contracts with international entities of the UK retailers listed above.

● Working closely with designers, industry leaders and the founder to develop new products and new tech.

● Building and maintaining relationships with Asia based manufacturers, working closely to ensure high quality levels are maintained.

● Developing and delivering a growth strategy for direct-to-consumer business.

The successful candidate will be:

● Sales and business development-focused, who is results driven and action oriented.

● Proven within the consumer/consumer electronics industry and have a track record of delivering international growth.

● Solutions focussed, positive and highly motivated.
