We are a multi-award-winning housebuilder that operates nationally across 16 existing regions and 3 timber frame factories. Right now, as part of our continued growth plans, our Housebuilding West Division are seeking to recruit a Managing Buyer to join our expanding Commercial Team based out of our offices in Farnborough.

As a Managing Buyer, you will provide a full range of cost control, forecasting and financial reporting duties on all aspects of materials supply and plant for construction work within your region. Working closely with the wider Commercial team, you will be responsible for the performance of the sites within your control and you will lead the Buying team to work efficiently and achieve departmental targets!

You will have proven experience within a similar role, preferably within a residential developer. Experience leading a high performing team, excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal skills are essential. This is an excellent opportunity for either an existing Senior Buyer looking to make the step up, or alternatively an existing Managing Buyer to make the move across.
