Frenchies LTD – Brand Managing Assistant

Frenchies LTD is an upcoming organization operating in the fashion industry. We focus on creating a streetwear brand within the UK. We pride ourselves on our friendly and fun workplace as it is important for good morale. Our company can teach you the important aspects of operating a business within the fashion industry such as communication and innovation, allowing one to gain experience in design and entrepreneurship.

The job entails:

Maintaining an online presence

Creating and developing collections

Preparing sales orders

Analyzing sales trends and any issues

The managing assistant holds a lot of responsibility within the organization

The ideal candidate should have:

A keen interest in fashion

Experience and knowledge within the fashion industry and design

Good staff morale

Knowledge of Photoshop and Lightroom

Experience and knowledge of managing an online presence, analysing sales and marketing

You will need:

Time management skills – you need to be punctual and should be able to work to a deadline.

Understanding in Microsoft Office and other software’s listed above

An eye for detail

Organizational skills

Strong command in English – written and verbal

Customer service skills

Willing to cooperate within a team

Flexible to adhere to demand

Would suit Design and Fashion graduates or third year students but will be open to anyone with knowledge of business and fashion.

Salary: Competitive

Contract: Full Time 30 Hours – Nine months position with potential for extension

Start Date: Immediate Start

The job will have a 2 month probation period and will include training.

The job does not offer remote working
