Our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Functional Consultants work within our application support team providing a high-quality service to our clients, after they go live. No more being stuck in a project for months, solve some exciting and complex issues daily, for our wide range of clients.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • As a Functional Consultant you will resolve complex issues and work with the clients to provide the right solutions.
  • Discuss and design solutions for client change requests, completing both functional requirement and solution design documents.
  • Work in an agile method with our development team ensuring fully tested deployments are provided.
  • Understand the latest upgrade release information and share with the wider team on new features and functions.
  • Provide client training.
  • Use the latest testing tools to measure impact of new releases to help our clients keep up to date with the latest releases from Microsoft.
  • Attend training, trade shows, channel events and conferences to ensure you and the wider team is kept abreast of news and updates.
  • Be an ambassador for the company in relation to matters in and around your subject matter expertise.
  • Contribute to company news, team events and blogs as appropriate.

Skills And Attributes For Success

To qualify for the role you must have or be working towards
  • MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operation
  • MB -330: Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Supply Chain Management is beneficial to have
  • MB-310: Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance

Ideally, you’ll also have
  • 2 + years support experience
  • 1 + years in a lead/senior consultant position
  • Relevant demonstrable experience in a client-side finance or supply chain role
  • Proven full lifecycle delivery of multiple Dynamics 365 projects

  • Motivated with a great work ethic
  • Confident in your abilities, but happy to ask for help
  • Strong understanding of ITIL Principles including Incident and Change Management.
  • Trouble shooting application issue in both traditional and cloud environments.
  • Experience of writing knowledge base articles.
