Having secured growth-enabling funding in 2021, Method Grid has grown to fifteen staff. On the back of significant clients wins, we’re now looking to engage with experienced Management Consultants - who are looking for something a bit different - to drive outstanding client on-boarding experiences.

About You

If you’re skilled in project and change management and have a Consulting mindset, this could be a great opportunity to join a early-stage, growing technology business.

You’ll have a client-centric/client-first attitude and will be fully committed to delivering an engaging on-boarding experience. We already have a high-energy, super-talented team of implementation specialists, so you’ll have some fun - and enjoy the mutual learning process - along the way.

A lot of us joined Method Grid because we were becoming slightly bored of Consulting life. Spending three months here, six months there - picking up great experience no doubt - but not really seeing the benefit of your contribution.

At Method Grid, that’s different. Aside from the client engagements, you’ll be leaning-in on product development meetings, supporting sales conversations, helping marketing and generally getting involved wherever you’d like to. We’re a lean but supportive team who love to help each other out.

The Role

We’re currently running implementations both locally (Bath, Bristol etc.) and as far away as Australia!

You will be leading the implementation of Method Grid’s SaaS platform with new customers - ensuring the solution is embedded in our client’s day-to-day practices.

This could be either a one-week or four-week engagement, depending on which package our customers choose. You’ll be working with them to elicit their key processes and take them through the process of capturing this in Method Grid.

All the skills you’ve learnt in your Consulting career will have set you up for this. Whether it’s PMO, project management, change management and broader consultancy soft skills, you’ll need to bring them all with you.
