The Management Accountant role will be a key part of the finance function for this growing company reporting directly to the Directors and Head of Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a Management Accountant, either a

trainee Management Accounts Administrator or qualified. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual that is proactive and is always looking to improve on the existing processes and improve MI. The candidate should be comfortable using technology and quick to learn new systems, embracing change and overseeing the continual

development of internal systems.

This is a great development role for a part-qualified CIMA studier looking to further their career in finance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the accounts department and ensure that all financial and accounting operations within the department run smoothly.

This shall include overseeing credit control, incoming payments and reconciliations, outgoing payments and reconciliations, creating reports for Management, working alongside external Management Accountant

and Financial Accountants. holding weekly team meetings and being responsible for overseeing the replacement in-house access accounting database.
