The Company

The Role

This role will be responsible for providing broad support to the core finance function. These tasks will include but are not limited to supporting month and year end requirements, operational and KPI reporting as well as budgetary review and preparation. You will support this global business by driving improvements in financial and management reporting and analysis, supporting business decisions and providing insight to current business performance.

The Offer

This role will provide a salary of £35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience, as well as a pre-Covid agile working philosophy and highly competitive benefits package.

You will be involved in but not restricted to the following duties:

• Support the consolidation and analysis of global operational results for month end reports, including the generation and review of KPI reporting,
• Support the delivery of the annual reporting timetable including strategic and annual plans to produce the consolidated Operations Budget, Latest Estimates and Five Year Plans in accordance with group guidelines,
• Support the implementation of appropriate business analysis to identify trends, opportunities and risks, including analysis and follow up of month end reporting,
• Collation and communication of ad hoc analysis or explanations,
• Assess processes, reporting formats and KPIs and recommend and implement improvements, standardisation and automation where applicable,
• Support the delivery of change or improvement projects including ensuring changes are communicated and understood by all relevant stakeholders,
• Review, produce and implement key financial and non-financial internal controls and procedures for the function where required,
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal/external customers to maximise stakeholder engagement and the quality of service provision.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following experience:

• A qualified accountant (CA, CIMA, ACCA) or qualified by experience with a strong background in global product businesses,
• Global, multi-currency core finance function operations,
• Supporting internal stakeholders, providing timely and relevant financial and management information to support operational decision making,
• A mix of both BAU finance requirements as well as ad hoc project support from both financial and operational perspectives would be highly beneficial.
