Manor Community are looking for enthusiastic male care and support workers who have the passion to provide excellent person-centred care to our clients. This role is specifically for Males only wanting a mixture of sleep in nights and day shifts, ideally with a full driving license.

The role:

This role is to help and assist vulnerable adults. Supporting them on a one to one basis with independent living, helping him to fulfill his goals and creating a positive outcome in his life.

Due to a genuine occupational need we can only accept male applications for this role.

What you need:

  • Passion for caring for vulnerable adults at a level that matches our standard of care.
  • A caring attitude and a willingness to make a difference
  • The ability to provide person-centred care whilst maintaining respect and protecting client dignity.
  • Reliability, flexibility and a ’can-do’ attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Ideally with full driving license.
