Major incident & Problem Manager Remote, Remote, United Kingdom Employees can work remotely Full-time This role is homebased. You will also have access to our offices UK wide. At Daisy the Major Incident & Problem Manager drives the Major Incidient & Problem Management process to deliver against organisation, team and individual objectives.Governs and establishes collaborative behaviours for Major Incident and Problem Management working practices within the organization, to drive continual service excellence and customer experience. They implement and drive strategic road maps for the Major Incident & Problem Management function with which to deliver continued service improvement and increase customer satisfaction. This role is 24/7 365 on an on-call basis and is homebased. The Major Incident & Problem Manager is responsible for creating an environment that facilitates high performance and collaborative working within these process and across Service Operations functions. The role is responsible for the Major Incident Management and Problem Management processes, ensuring governance and adherence to process within the organisation;

  • Customer management Qualifications Demonstrable success in building high performing teams. Customer facing experience Experienced in report production for Major Incident Reports, data trending, daily and monthly reporting schedules for exec view Demonstrates a high level of management skill, with particular emphasis on interpersonal, communication, influencing and negotiating skills and the ability to motivate staff. Demonstrates a thorough and current understanding of developments in the application of I.T/ networks, and is able to assimilate and interpret advice from specialists, technical and otherwise. Experience of leading teams directly or indirectly to analyse, assess and resolve complex technology requirements, problems and issues A strong understanding ITIL V3 Service Management ideally accredited to foundation level or higher.
