Our client based in the Stourbridge area, require a Maintenance/Cleaner Person, to support with the general maintenance and cleaner on site.

Role And Responsibilities
  • Cleaning the offices, canteen, kitchen and toilets
  • Cleaning Factory floors, machines, emptying the bins and keeping the outside free from rubbish and weeds
  • Cutting the grass and bushes within the boundaries, generally maintaining the appearance of the outside
  • Annual painting and weekly/monthly cleaning of the machinery in a factory environment
  • Basic pluming skills or any other related DIY would be an advantage/desirable
Hours: 07.45 - 16.45hrsPay Rate: £9.50 p/h
