Our client, a busy hotel and restaurant are seeking a maintenance assistant to join their dedicated team.

The role:

Monday - Sunday - 5 out of 7 days a week.
To assist the Manager with the internal and external maintenance of all buildings and engineering services at the hotel in a safe, cost effective and efficient manner.
Ensuring a high standard of appearance and smooth running for the enjoyment and comfort of all guests.
Ensuring guest satisfaction at the forefront of what we do, you will assist with reactive maintenance and with a programme of planned maintenance, ensuring that this is undertaken with minimum distribution to guests and facilities.
As Maintenance Assistant, you will understand and assist with adherence to Health and Safety and other statutory regulations and company policies and procedures, ensuring these are always considered and complied with.
