Maintenance Team Leader

What are we looking for in a candidate?
  • High organisational skills are a must for this role
  • Over see the tidiness, cleanliness and organisation of the workshop
  • Manage the workload of Workshop Hand and Caretaker
  • Be responsible for keeping the stock room neat and organised
  • Maintain all outside areas and ensure they are kept clean and tidy
  • Oversee goods in and deliveries including timbers and board material.
  • Check in materials (using our on site system)and label up accordingly
  • Forklift license required for the unloading and loading of items on site
  • Arrange and carry out a weekly stock take, to include board material, timber, hardware, consumables and first aid kits
  • Over-see and plan in machine servicing as and when required

  • 40 Hours Across 5 Days
