Job title: Maintenance

Location: Waterloo Manor, Garforth Leeds

Rate Of Pay: £19,695,00

Shift Patterns Flexible 37,5 hrs per week

On call rota Extra £2600 per Annum

Information about the Role:

Set and maintain a high standard of maintenance throughout the Unit maintain appropriate records.

  • · Respond to staff requests for maintenance promptly and efficiently particularly in situations where patients might be at risk
  • · Develop information for other staff in the unit for them to be able to use equipment safely and to know when damage should be reported
  • · Ensure that work areas and storage facilities are kept safe, tidy, clean, and locked always.
  • · Ensure that all equipment is maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • · Participate in any training activity as required to ensure the smooth and safe running of the unit.
  • · Participate in the on-call system which will vary from time to time.
  • · The post- holder will have access to a wide range of confidential information about patients, staff and INMIND Ltd which must not be divulged to any unauthorised person in any circumstances.
  • · The post – holder will be always treating patients with dignity and respect
