Maintenance Manager Monday - Friday Wakefield IRO £50K Neutron Recruitment have an extremely fantastic opportunity for Maintenance Manager to be joining a brand-new purpose-built facility based in Wakefield. They are the UKs leading supplier in their industry, with sites across the UK & worldwide. This will be a brand-new facility and will be equipped with brand new automated equipment, training will be given on the new equipment and once confirmed you will be involved in the testing phase of the new equipment along with your team of Engineers. In this varied and hands-on role, you will take charge of the maintenance department, managing and leading projects and implementing improvements.You will be responsible for managing a team of maintenance engineers and will support the effective running of production & maintenance department. The Role: Smooth running of the maintenance department.PPM programmes.Shift / Holiday coverTrainingStock / Spares control The ideal candidate will be time served / apprentice trained, who has worked within a Manufacturing / Production facility and led a team of Engineers.You will be a credible senior team player who is a natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.As Engineering Maintenance Manager, you will have excellent influencing skills and the ability to work in a multi-functional team environment and at Senior Leadership Team Level.You will have exceptional people management skills coupled with excellent coaching ability. Proven track record in managing performance through their peopleAs part of your role you will manage, motivate, and lead the Engineering team.
