Maintenance Manager required for a busy manufacturing site based near Banbury. As Maintenance Manager you will oversee all installation, repair and upkeep operations of the company’s facilities and machinery. You will be the one to ensure that your colleagues have the best physical resources available to complete their duties according to budget.

Responsibilities as Maintenance Manager include:

  • Coordinating and conducting general maintenance
  • Ensure all administration tasks are conducted accurately and efficiently.
  • Leading and supervising engineering staff
  • Facility responsibility

Experience required:

  • Hands-on experience in solving problems of all types through structured methods.
  • Good engineering knowledge of PLCs, heavy extrusion and moulding equipment, and site facilities equipment
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly word and excel.
  • Experienced in a hands-on maintenance role within a mechanically orientated factory environment.
