N-Gaged Training Limited is a well-established company, growing over the last 12 years to become one of the largest providers of logistics and construction training in the South West. We have delivery sites across the South West and have links with several colleges, with whom we work in partnership. We specialise in supporting adult learners to gain the skills and knowledge to succeed in a workplace environment.

Key responsibilities include:

· Carry out all maintenance tasks as dictated by the Centre Manager with careful consideration for business, operational and guest needs.

· Be responsible for any testing of equipment

· Implementation and control of maintenance reporting systems for all areas of the hotel and leisure facilities

· Be responsible for the procurement of all spares, tools and equipment required to conduct all maintenance tasks following correct company purchasing procedures and forward planning

· Following company objectives and policies and seek ways to promote them

· To ensure all inspection records are fully up to date and comply with current legislation

· To have knowledge of statutory fire regulation and COSHH regulations.

Person Specification

Essential

· Passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience

· Attend emergency callouts

· Good organisational skills and a willingness to work flexibly

· Strong oral and written communication skills

· Achieving targets and completing assigned tasks

Experience

· Previous experience & Qualified as a Plumber, Electrician, Painter and Decorator, ideally within a Hotel Environment
