Calling all Facilities Maintenance Operatives.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Operative to join our client on a temporary basis covering some long term sickness. This role is based in an Educational Institute in Egham and therefore requires that the successful candidate undergoes an Enhanced DBS clearance which will be arranged through our agency if you do not currently have one.

Duties

As the Facilities Maintenance Operative, your duties will include opening the site in the morning and some other general site care duties, such as
  • Checking and restocking toilet areas
  • Litter Picking throughout the site
  • Portering
  • Ad-hoc low level maintenance and repair
  • Monitoring student behaviour and checking ID’s at entrance points
  • Some additional duties to cover annual leave of other staff members.
If you are pro-active in your work, enjoy working on your own and as part of a team and have a keen interest in maintenance work, then this role is perfect for you!!

This role is set to start ASAP and will be on-going until end of July / early August.

Working hours are 7am - 3pm (Mon - Fri) with a competitive pay rate along with holiday pay which is accrued for every hour worked.
