MAINTENANCE CARETAKER REQUIRED ASAP.

2 Decorators to carry out 150 bedrooms, 40 kitchens, 5 blocks stairwells and landings. To be completed during the summer turnover period so it is a tight schedule to ensure all is completed before new intake Monday- Friday 9-5.

To provide a safe and well maintained environment by carrying out general maintenance and caretaking duties in accordance with the needs and expectations of the customer and the business.

The job sits within which provides accommodation nationally, through a direct let process or with agreements with universities. The business undertakes the facilities management of property and provides accommodation office functions. also operates a summer business portfolio where sites are utilised for holiday lets, group bookings or conference accommodation.

Job Type: Temporary contract
Contract length: 2 months

Salary: £10.42 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Salford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Maintenance: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
